A BEP20 address you control — it starts with 0x — 42 characters. SOL exists on several networks; an address from another one looks valid and the coins would be unrecoverable, so we check it against BEP20 before creating anything.

What nobody can link them to is an identity: there is no account, no document and no request log here — the privacy policy names the only parties in the path.

Every order takes an optional refund address, and it is worth filling in. If the exchange cannot go through — a deposit under the minimum, a pair that stops being quoted, or the one documented case of a flagged deposit where the law allows a return — the deposit goes back to that address, minus what the network charges to send it; we charge nothing for a refund. Without a refund address, a return has to be arranged by hand through support. The order page tells you which situation you are in; nothing is decided silently.
