Every order takes an optional refund address, and it is worth filling in. If the exchange cannot go through — a deposit under the minimum, a pair that stops being quoted, or the one documented case of a flagged deposit where the law allows a return — the deposit goes back to that address, minus what the network charges to send it; we charge nothing for a refund.
